RESUMO É
Este trabalho faz parte de uma pesquisa maior cujo foco centraliza-se sobre os jogos
tradicionais praticados pelos povos indígenas da Amazônia. Neste artigo apresentamos o jogo
da linha, praticados pelos indígenas das etnias Tikuna e Cambeba utilizando fio de tucum.
Constatamos que as figuras mais apreciadas dos Ameríndios e que fazem parte dos seus
patrimônios são os motivos animais, os utensílios da vida cotidiana ou as figuras dedicadas a
caça e a pesca. Sem esquecer também os motivos característicos utilizados no artesanato a
cada etnia. Constatamos também que os Tikuna e os Cambeba elaboram figuras idênticas as
encontradas do outro lado do mundo, entre as quais certas figuras em três dimensões.
Podemos concluir, de acordo com a Praxilogia Motriz, que o jogo da linha é uma atividade
psicomotriz.

ABSTRACT
This work forms a largest recherché and concerns the traditional games practiced by native
people of Amazon. In this article, we present the « string figure » ou « cat ‘s cradle »,
practiced by the natives of the ethnic groups Tikuna and Cambeba, by using the wire of
tucum. We can noted that at the Amerindians your figures more apparels and who form part
of their inheritance well are the reasons for animals, of wool daily life utensils, or dedicated
to hunting and fishing, without forgetting the reasons characteristic of specific artisan
weaving to each ethnic group. It is also noted that Tukuna and Cambeba prepare identical
figures that we have can also find in everywhere of the world, and among them certain figures
in three dimensions. We can conclude, in accordance with Motor Praxiology, that the set of
strings is a psychomotor activity.
